It might be called a “plain” bread, but there’s nothing plain about it! It has a crunchy exterior with a soft tight crumb. Due to its mild flavor and tight crumb, our plain sourdough is perfect for toast and sandwiches of any kind.

Bread Flour (Unbleached Hard Red Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Water, Sourdough Starter (Fermented Bread Flour, Water), White Whole Wheat Flour, Sea Salt.
